The founder is an experienced Software Engineer who is currently employed at a Fortune 500 company and has startup experience. He is a very competitive, empathetic and passionate person who fosters an autonomous community of continual learning and growth among his employees. He fills the roles of backend engineer, dev ops engineer, product manager and president.
The founder has been spending a lot of time learning about philosophical theory, business theory, scientific theory, and theory on how to optimally run a software development company.
Within Systemic Improvements, the founder has been offering small bits of guidance to Spencer at a very low rate, Spencer is very effective at guiding himself.
The founder has also been focused on creating an environment that employees can succeed in. The founder believes by increasing worker autonomy, both the organization and its employees will benefit.
Spencer is a hardworking, self-motivated thinker. During his time at Systemic Improvements he has grown his technical skill set and understanding at an incredible rate. He is currently filling the roles of frontend engineer, designer, product manager and researcher. His feedback on our systems and processes has been instrumental in guiding and growing the company.
Spencer's technical abilities are still growing at an astronomical rate. He has recently created the full stack proof of concept for our video management system. So Spencer is now a full stack developer.
Spencer also is learning how to use Google Vertex, and has already done a lot of research on probabilistic models on their applications to computer science, particularly AI/ML models.
So now he is also an AI//ML engineer.
